Specialized scissors for cutting Ronghua velvet row, factory-produced in batches. After leaving the factory, they are manually adjusted and finely sharpened a second time by professional artisans. Their wear resistance is inferior to that of hand-forged Peach Ronghua Scissors 290.

Suitable for making Ronghua, tailoring, office use, ribbon-cutting, paper-cutting, kitchen tasks, and more. When cutting velvet row, they do not push or pinch the silk.

Note: If you use this scissor to cut velvet rows, it is not recommended to use it for cutting other materials, as velvet rows require very high standards for scissors and can accelerate wear. However, scissors that are no longer suitable for cutting velvet rows can be repurposed for cutting wool, leather, fabric, and other materials.
